Return and Refund Policy
For standard orders:
- You may cancel an order BEFORE it has been delivered by contacting us via email
- If you cancel your order AFTER it has been delivered, the cancellation will be treated as a Return as set out in our returns & refunds policy.
For custom/ personalized orders:
- Orders for custom/ personalized product/service are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
We offer a no-hassle 30-day return policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 30 days after receiving it to request a return. After the 30-day period, no refund is possible.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You are responsible for shipping the product back.

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error will get partial refunds.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
